Description

when heading north, getting ready to turn left, the traffic lights all turn yellow. Then they turn red and then green real quick. it's there a way to stop them from all changing anytime sometime gets in the left turn lane? it's making all northbound traffic stop unnecessarily, for a couple of seconds.
