They don’t like solutions in this area. Their only goal is to say they are retiming traffic signals to put a check mark on your post to say it has been dealt with. Good luck. It’s sad the common public comes up with solutions but UDOT leaves this area in shambles for years and years. I’ll bet it will have gone on a decade before they do anything to relieve congestion on 2300 W and 2100 N. I’d say we are going on 5 plus years already of heavy congestion. We all know eventually 2100 will be a connector type of freeway with the existing roads turning into frontage roads. We need a small solution and fix now until that is all built out.
