THIS PARTICULAR VEHICLE HAS BEEN PARKED IN this SPOT FOR GOING OVER 1 WEEK NOW ,THUS PREVENTING ANYONE ELSE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC FROM UTILIZING THIS PARKING SPACE.

THIS CAR LOOKS TO BE STORED HERE IN THIS SPACE FOR LONG TERM PARKING WHICH IS A RECURRING PROBLEM ON 31ST.

BECAUSE THE PARKING RULES ARE NOT BEING ENFORCED, THE STREET PARKING OF 31ST (OFF TELEGRAPH AVE) IS BEING USED TO STORE VEHICLES FOR LONG TREM!
