My name is Robert Walford III and I would like to report some criminal activity that recently took place at Brooke Glen Behavior Hospital in Fort Washington. Several years ago a man named Robert Walford, Jr. told me that if I ever notified the police about some of the crimes he committed the men he works for, David Koch and Charles Koch, were going to pay some doctors from Brooke Glen Behavior Hospital to do some criminal things in order to nullify anything I told the police by making it look as though I am suffering from a mental illness and Robert Walford, Jr. also said that some of those doctors were going to try to kill me in two very devious ways. The first doctor Robert Walford, Jr. said would receive money from the Koch Brothers to falsely diagnose me with a mental illness was an Indian-American man named Doctor Koneru. Robert Walford, Jr. said that Doctor Koneru would falsely diagnose me with schizoaffective disorder in order to make me look crazy and he said that Doctor Koneru or some other employee of Brooke Glen would put amphetamines in my urine sample so that if I told the police about the crimes that Robert Walford, Jr. and the Koch Brothers committed the lawyers working for the Koch Brothers would dismiss the information I gave the police as being the product of amphetamine psychosis. Robert Walford, Jr. also said that Doctor Koneru would tell me to get a flu shot and Robert Walford, Jr. said that the flu shot I would receive would contain a carcinogenic substance that would kill me. In October of November of this year I was admitted to Brooke Glen Behavior Hospital and my psychiatrist was Doctor Koneru. At that time Doctor Koneru falsely diagnosed me as suffering from schizoaffective disorder even though I am not suffering from schizoaffective disorder and when I asked Doctor Koneru to give me one specific example of something I said or did to make him think that I am suffering from schizoaffective disorder he was unable to do so. As soon as I was admitted to Brooke Glen Doctor Koneru ordered me to give him a urine sample and he told me that my urine sample tested positive for amphetamines even though I hadn't taken any amphetamines. Then Doctor Koneru ordered me to get a flu shot and when I refused that flu shot Doctor Koneru demanded to know why and became really angry when I told him what Robert Walford, Jr. said about him. Robert Walford, Jr. also told me that a doctor at Brooke Glen named Doctor Rosen took money from the Koch Brothers to give me a false diagnosis of diabetes so that I would have my blood sugar checked several times per day. Robert Walford, Jr. said that once I became used to being stuck with a needle several times per day someone from Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital would inject me with a lethal substance and that I wouldn't be able to tell who injected me with that harmful substance and that I would subsequently die. Robert Walford, Jr. said that a man named Doctor Chung would tell me that I am "borderline diabetic" and then the following morning a man named Doctor Hasan would wake me up early and tell me that I have full-blown diabetes and that I needed to have my blood sugar checked several times per day. Robert Walford, Jr. said that Doctor Hasan would do that because I might not believe Doctor Chung when he gave me the diagnosis of "borderline diabetic". On December 26th, 2018 I was readmitted to Brooke Glen Behavior Hospital and immediately gave some blood for a blood test and my blood was tested by Doctor Rosen. Doctor Rosen reported that I am diabetic and on December 31st, 2018 Doctor Chung told me that I am "borderline diabetic" even though I am not diabetic and have no family history of diabetes. The following morning, January 1st, 2019, Doctor Hasan woke up me up early and told me that I am diabetic and that I needed to have my blood sugar checked several times per day. Please note that Doctor Hasan was not my psychiatrist or medical doctor and had no business giving me that diagnosis. I requested to speak with Doctor Hasan to ask him why he told me that and he did not grant my request. I told some of the hospital staff what Robert Walford, Jr. said and subsequently refused to have my blood sugar checked. Everything Robert Walford, Jr. said would happen happened exactly the way he said it would. I would also like to note that Robert Walford, Jr. works for the Koch Brothers and that he and other people working for the Koch Brothers have attempted to kill me in the past. I have notified the FBI and various law enforcement departments about their crimes and that's why they attempted to inject me with a lethal substance at Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital.
