    On Madison Avenue in front of building 2980 and building 3012 there are between six and eight oak trees that have been here for many many years. Last June – July during rain, this massive limb, came down and crushed a car parked in front of 2980 Madison Ave. These trees have again become quite large, and should be cut down both on the sidewalk side and on the Madison Avenue St. side before they come down and demolish another car or even worse fall on somebody walking on the sidewalk. we believe they belong to the city, because they are between the sidewalk and the street within a foot of the curb.     We have been without hot water in our community for over a week and have received several notices stating that it is an issue being addressed however it has been dramatically dragged out and it is incredibly frustrating. The most recent correspondence from the president, Ty Bird, had stated there has been false notices not officiated by the president and yet they were dropped off by employees of the association. One such notice being that we would have a temporary boiler installed two days ago which ended up not being the case. There has been so much back and fourth from this president of the associated and there must be some kind of disconnect. We NEED hot water.

    Cars are not stopping at the stop sign on the corner of Arlington Street and Lincoln Avenue. This weekend I was coming out of my driveway and a car flew through the stop sign and damn near killed me. It is dangerous. There are two bus stops and a lot of school children that travel near that stop sign. There needs to be a speed bump placed there to force the cars to stop before they kill someone.
