    5200 W And 4100 So West Valley City, Utah - West Valley City
    This morning I was among at least 6 cars waiting to turn east onto 4100 So. from 5200 W. The crosswalk signs cycled at least 4, possibly 5 times before the 4100 So traffic was stopped and we received a green light to proceed. This took over 10 minutes. Very frustrating. It hasn't happed to me a lot but it has happened before. Like I said very frustrating not only to me but the other drivers as well. The time was around 7:35 AM or so.
