    The traffic signal does not seem to be operating properly. Even when no cars are waiting on Office Center Drive or the Turnpike off-ramp, the lights on Virginia Drive will turn red and stay red for over a minute. The whole time no one is driving on the side streets, and traffic on Virginia Drive just keeps backing up. This is observed most often in the morning.

    Some sort of metal utility box cover, the size of a large microwave or small washer, is in the bike lane under the railroad bridge crossing over Susquehanna, in the northwest travel lane. I'm concerned since pedestrians use that area to cross under the bridge, and this debris will force them into the traffic.
