The water line that used to lead to Toners Beef and Ale has been leaking underground since its demolition 2 years ago. I walk and drive by here every day. No matter what the weather, there is always a pool standing in the abandon parking lot. I remember when there was a huge pit here and it started to fill with water, it has never been fixed.
