    Light at Twining and Limekiln: Timing seems off as south bound Twining traffic gets green every time and north bound cars have to wait 2-3 cycles through before getting green. Experienced between 7-7:30am specifically.

    Pedestrian crosswalk to the park at Twining and Wischman is very dangerous. I watch cars continue to go through without yielding. They only stop when adults are present with children (I have watched from a distance while they continue without yielding when adults are not accompanying young adults). Those coming south on Twining Rd are coming up over a blind hill with not enough time to slow down. Their should be flashing lights and/or rumble strips to alert them or an actual stop sign.
