Sharraxaadda

I sent this in a few weeks ago, but still no remedy. I usually sit at the light located at 6200 South Highland Dr. every morning on my way to work. I'm heading west but turning south. I've timed it once before for almost 3 minutes it was green. I see maybe 10 cars through during that time period. Most people cut through the parking lot to the south because it's quicker to turn south onto Highland through the parking lot in the morning than it is to wait for this light to change. When it does change green, it lasts a second or two. It's been this way since I have been living here for the last 2 years. If you want video showing this, I can provide that as I do have a dashcam.
