Opis

I usually get to this light driving west on 6500 South at about 5:30am. It is taking a long time to change green. I've seen people run the light when it's red because there is no traffic but they are waiting for a long time. Would it be possible to get this light to change for just a second for cars trying to turn left onto 1300 West?
