This isn't really a critical issue, but I was hoping someone in SoHu could help.
We had 2 garbage cans and one has been missing for quite some time. We got it back at one point, but then it was taken again. Our cans are never put back in front of our house and we have to go hunting for them! Last week our can (I know it was ours because it's top is messed up) was across the street on the side of a neighbor's house! Having no can for trash was the last straw for me.
So....
1) Does anyone have an extra garbage can that doesn't belong to them?
2) Are we allowed to spray paint our house number on the cans so we can identify it?
3) If no one has a spare can, can we get one from DPW or other source?
