Traffic issues have been occurring during the morning and afternoon rush hours at the intersection of Summit and Pennsylvania.
Issue 1: Drivers going west bound on Pennsylvania Ave going toward Bethlehem Pike are blocking the intersection resulting in gridlock situations.
Issue 2: Often there are trucks or trailers parking on Summit Ave between the dealership and the SEPTA lot causing issues during the evening rush hour for drivers exiting the SEPTA lot.
