The City is planning to construct new side walk and curb ramp in this intersection. But this corner has tall grass that needs to be mowed ahead of construction. It's located on 20th & Peralta St on eastern corner.

The City wants to construct new sidewalk in this area, and there are a couple of vehicle tires dumped. There are also paint waste dumped nearby and would be great if the area could be cleared so we can finish our work. This dump is located on 20th St between Peralta and Mandela Pkwy.

All night long alarm system creates a hazard for nearby residents. Fast Mobile Auto Glass of 1225 East 12th street, Oakland, has an usually load alarm system “voice” that is triggered every time anyone walks past - All night long every night. This is disturbing numerous neighbors and driving people nuts. Please stop this noise problem! Thank you.

Storm drain was cleaned out by contractors from City of Oakland, and left all the garbage from storm drain in front of my home/business. This is a potential Hazardous waste and could possibly be a health Hazard . Please pick as soon as possible up ASAP. Property Owner

The YELLOW PEDISTRIAN crossing on Harbord at Mandalay Rd - the yellow pedestrian crossing lines are faded and NOT visible.
The city crew for service request #1390598
came yesterday, 5/2, and did NOT repaint the YELLOW PEDISTRIAN crossing lines. The crew painted the curbs red which does not help pedestrians. They only repainted the stop signage on the road. The YELLOW PEDISTRIAN crossing lines need to be repainted - that was the purpose of service request #1390598! It was entered for purpose of pedestrian safety. The crew needs to come back and repaint the yellow pedestrian crossing on the road!!

This property has lots of overgrown weeds that are covering the sidewalk. This is a fire hazard and with one house that was burned down recently in our street , it's very scary to ignore this.
