Oak311 Call Center Neighbor

Rv parked since 4/29 6am. Driver drove off in another vehicle and never return.

The owners have a motion detector alarm system that blasts and automated recording constantly throughout the night and early morning hours. This is heard by the neighbors across the street in the live/work lofts.

Hit this monstrosity at 8am this morning. Blew both tires, bent both wheels, and possible suspension damage. I was going THIRTY. There are so many other things to lookout for when driving like bikers, foot traffic, other cars... we shouldn't have to look out for moon craters. Yes this is a duplicate post, but the first post was from Feb... what's taking so long City Hall? Quit working from home and fix our streets. BTW, I am having my car repaired in a different city, so you don't get the sales tax. Thanks.

THIS CAR LOOKS TO BE STORED HERE IN THIS SPACE FOR LONG TERM PARKING WHICH IS A RECURRING PROBLEM ON 31ST.

BECAUSE THE PARKING RULES ARE NOT BEING ENFORCED, THE STREET PARKING OF 31ST (OFF TELEGRAPH AVE) IS BEING USED TO STORE VEHICLES FOR LONG TREM!

WE HAVE RECENTLY REPORTED VEHICLES THWT HAVE BEEN PARKED HERE ON 31ST FLR OVER 3 AND 6 MONTHS.

Large volume of trash and debris in the whole yard and it's getting worse

These RVs have not moved in years. Sewage is dumped in the street, illegal activities occur every night. Noise and safety are a big concern from us residents. What is it going to take to have a patrol car swing by at nights to help stop all this nonsense? And while they are there, lets ticket and tow the vehicles with expired tags? Its been 3 years and nothing has been done. When can we, the local legal residents, expect some City of Oakland support/enforcement? 3 years and still waiting.

Missing garbage can

There are people living in these sheds and RVs (all expired tags). The parking is blocked by this illegal structure. Its all been here for 3 years. When can we expect some support? You issue parking tickets to legal residents with current registered cars. By these turkeys get a free pass. Come on out to 6th Ave and lets get some work done please.

The City is planning to construct new side walk and curb ramp in this intersection. But this corner has tall grass that needs to be mowed ahead of construction. It's located on 20th & Peralta St on eastern corner.
